Ive been taking my kids to the Whitehall location for years. Today we show up for our appointment & was informed that it was cancelled & rescheduled without notifying me. I even showed them my confirmation email I received for today’s appointment. I even did the pre check in last week! Thanks for wasting my gas, pto, & time. A heads up would be GREATLY appreciated. Glad this location will be closing soon, seems like its been slowly going down hill.

Have been with Pediatric Associates since the birth of my first child in 2005. Never had any issues.. that is, until today. We arrived 10 minutes before appointment time and still were not taken back at 30 minutes PAST appointment time. The girls at the front desk were rude. None of the doctors are the same. We will not return.

We have had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Randolph at Pediatric Associates. He is kind, compassionate and incredibly patient with all 3 of our kids that have had various challenging medical situations. He does not hesitate to refer to a specialist if it’s warranted. Highly recommend Dr. Randolph!

I have been at pediatric associates for 13 years and didn't have any complaints until these past few months. I'm not a fan of the new physician. I gave it a few tries in case I misjudged the situation. However, my last visit I left questioning the motives of the physician. I am currently in the process of looking for a new office.
