We have been seeing Dr. Reis for 6 years now. He’s awesome, and the office staff is efficient and helpful. I would recommend!
I received a $321 bill from Nationwide for "labs" for my child (we do self-pay). Problem is... my child was never seen that day, and he definitely received zero labwork, probably ever at this office. What he has seen Dr. Wagner for the past few months is medication management, meaning he's had ZERO sick visits. I've tried to contact the office several times, they tell me it's a Nationwide issue. I have been going to Dr. Wagner for almost five years now, and whenever I take my kids, she listens carefully, understands us as parents, and looks at my kids very patiently. The best thing is that she never rushes with anything. She'll try to understand what we are trying to explain. Even the staff is pretty friendly.
