I received a $321 bill from Nationwide for "labs" for my child (we do self-pay). Problem is... my child was never seen that day, and he definitely received zero labwork, probably ever at this office. What he has seen Dr. Wagner for the past few months is medication management, meaning he's had ZERO sick visits. I've tried to contact the office several times, they tell me it's a Nationwide issue. I have been going to Dr. Wagner for almost five years now, and whenever I take my kids, she listens carefully, understands us as parents, and looks at my kids very patiently. The best thing is that she never rushes with anything. She'll try to understand what we are trying to explain. Even the staff is pretty friendly.

every single time I’ve gone in for a doctors appointment they recommend vitamins and water. They don’t listen to my needs. Dr rayo has been the absolute worse by not hearing what me and my parents have told her. I’ve expressed that multiple times. I’ve made many calls saying that I need something else to help. My siblings have also switched doctors because of this reason. And found doctors who care about how they are feeling.

My daughter appointment it should be at 2 pm I was waiting more 20 min, even that they send me to the Room and I was waiting more than 45 Min, I just have questions?? Why its necessary to make appointment if I will Wait more than 45 Min, There must be organization and respect for time

I’ve had both my kids here for the last 7 years. We have to switch due to insurance but Dr. Reis is fantastic. There were only ever a few issues with front desk folks or with getting call backs but overall, I’d recommend these guys to anyone. Huge thanks to everyone for taking good care of the kids for the last 7 years. Had to come back and edit. We were able to come back. My son received an ADHD diagnosis and Autism diagnosis from Children’s Hospital after many assessments and after working with a psychologist. When I asked... read more
