Dr. Cadiz is simply AMAZING! Her nurse was also wonderful. Love this office.
Needed an urgent Authorization for care for my son. There is no way to speak to anyone in the office. Some random call center picks up and refuses to transfer. Honestly what happened to good old days of being able to speak to the office. Might be time to switch to another doctor or practice that you can call and talk especially when you need urgent paperwork.
I adore all medical professionals. They are all so kind and helpful.
