Every year they tell me they have a new system and my children are not in it. Complete incompetency & lack of customer service from most of the staff time and time again.
Rude staff. Mixes up patient charts. I just took my son in for a prescription refill. We got a 15 year old's chart, a physical that we didn't need not ask for and no prescription. Not to mention a complete 2 HOUR wait with an empty waiting room on only one patient came out in that time.
