Dr Melissa Byrum is Rude Mean & Abrasive! Even yelling and raising her voice to both my mother and my adult daughter, more than once and on separate occasions. Her professionalism is nonexistent and has terrible bedside manner! We Highly DO NOT Recommend her!
We have seen every provider here, and all have always been thorough, professional, and caring. Office staff are helpful and prompt. Appointments are almost always on time, and everyone seems to honestly care about my kids and their health. Highly recommended.
Been going here for years with Janet Krine. Set a new patient appointment for my daughter and they were booked 6 months out. Today we show up after a 75 minute drive from Westcliffe and Dr. Lucero chose to turn us away. Only a few minutes late. We have often waited a long time to be seen there. Not going back. Don't waste your time. Terrible service.
