I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Dr Leavitt is incredible and always reassures our anxious parent hearts but listens to our concerns and takes them seriously. The trauma nurse line is incredible as well. They take the time to listen and are so thorough with their replies and make sure you feel heard and concerns/questions answered. We’ve seen pretty much every provider at this point through sick visits and are always so impressed with their care. 10/10, will forever be thankful for this practice.
Unprofessional. Didn’t take our child’s illness seriously. Only testing urine instead of blood work and vitals. Very poor customer service. Woman picking up seemed annoyed that we called seeking results to urine sample. Couldn’t get a physician to call us back. When finally got a call it was a nurse well after we took our child to urgent care and asked us why did we take him there in a sarcastic tone. Urgent care diagnosed our child right away when our primary care should have.
My PCD (primary care doctor) here, Is Wayne Leavitt and he’s great. He does his job very well, hower, I came here over the summer because I was having UTI symptoms. So bad to the point I was throwing up and thought my appendix had burst. I was evaluated by Dr. Smith who told me I was fine and it was just a stomach bug and that I just needed to keep taking advil. We’ve been coming to this office for 14 years and the provider we used to see was fantastic. Unfortunately since she retired we had to start seeing Dr. Smith and we have not been happy at this office since. She infantilizes my teenage son and daughter, and is patronizing to my husband and I. She brushes off any and all concerns as unimportant and every visit feels adversarial and unproductive.
