I’m a first time mom, and even though I’ve nannied for multiple families for years I have anxiety being a first time mom and I’d like to sincerely thank the nurses, receptionist and doctors who have taken time to answer every (dumb) question or worry I have. We love this place , they are always nice and kind. Waiting room is so clean and I love how they get you in and out quick.
I love the separate wellness and sick waiting areas! Our previous pediatrician's office did not offer that which was a huge perk to switching offices. Dr Rovall and Dr Nicolais are awesome!
Extremely ignorant and rude providers, never on the same page, do not listen to their patients.
Over an HR and no call back on a sick kid. Called 3 times and no call back 5/27/19. You need to do better.
