I'm skeptical of doctors in general. But I love her! She is patient and kind with my five year old and with me too. She explains options and takes her time. The front office staff hasn't been the friendliest, but what's important to me is the care my child gets from the doctor. Roxanne, the awesome nurse, is professional and so nice. I'm happy we found them!
What I like the most (Almost 5 years with her now): - We have NEVER felt like she was rushing. She takes her time and thoroughly explains things. - She is all about informed consent. She throws out all the options with detailed explanations and leaves it up to us to make a decision. She is never pushy. She doesn't even push for decisions that day. - She takes our concerns/questions seriously. - To me, she seems to strive to keep up with new studies and info. - She respects my children.
