I received the worst service at this location last Saturday. I typically go to the other location off of Sullivan. However I came to this location because my son needed a physical and they told me that they had availability Saturday at 11:05. Please make sure that I was on time because they close at 12 I got there 1045 and checked my Son and sat in the lobby did not make it to the back until about 11:15 just to go back there for the lady to start doing all my son vitals. After yesterday's experience I had to come on here and give recognition to this specific associate who helped us navigawhat should have been such an easy process to get my daughter seen by a specialist after she broke her wrist. As most parents find out it's incredibly hard to reach the office line to speak to someone at a location. Not a bad thing but in true emergencies it is kind of difficult..... Usually I have a decent experience here but the last visit was enough to make me never want to go back. My child is suffering from painful urination & is hesitant to drink water and use the bathroom due to this. We did an online appt and then went in to give a urine sample. The woman in the lab area said that it was probably not going to be run until the next day & they should have told us to come earlier.
