Usually I have a decent experience here but the last visit was enough to make me never want to go back. My child is suffering from painful urination & is hesitant to drink water and use the bathroom due to this. We did an online appt and then went in to give a urine sample. The woman in the lab area said that it was probably not going to be run until the next day & they should have told us to come earlier.
