I had tried to reach the office after hours line and there was no one available to talk to us (nurse or doctor wise.) The next morning I called to get in and thankfully there was an apt. No one at the office seemed to be concerned about an absent on call except the amazing MA Lisa. We ended up seeing Dr. Benny and will only see her for emergent circumstances from our experience. I really love Jennifer Burkett but I am not happy there is no on call or after hours nurse line for the clinic.
Love Dr. Benny! She is very knowledgeable and willing to explain information, if you are willing to listen and ask questions.
Love Dr Benny and her staff. Her nurse Lisa has cared for my kiddos for over 10 years. Dr Benny has a fresh approach and listens to concerns. Love the team!!!
