I always recommended this office as we were patients for 10 + years however, we were recently abruptly dismissed due to a past due balance of $28 and inability to leave a credit card on file. The bill was paid and the practice manager Holly was rude and denied any recourse. We had received permission prior to not have the card on file due to having to pay from different accounts depending the month. We have been brining our child to this practice for years. Both Dr. Turner and Dr. Sun have been amazing partners in our child’s care. The doctors and staff are always friendly, helpful and quick to ensure great care. They treat you with respect and are solutions oriented often going above and beyond.
Dr Turner and the team have supported our daughters for the last 3+ years. Always responsive and take the time to listen!
We have started this year to see Dr VP and so far quite impressed. She’s very thorough and patient! Explains things clearly and most importantly listens!
