We visited this office with Kiera few years ago. She was not carefully examined my girl. She said that It will be okay as time goes. Lol. Just try to drink water more. And we had to call 911 next day for my daughter. It was worst experience
Staff is very rude and simply rejected to see my two month old saying systems are down due to breach and you have to present all proof of insurance now or pay in full before visit, we have been there for almost 3-4 times within two months so for us everything is in system including our credit card but since they cannot access their own system they decided to make us pay or leave. Very very Rude front desk staff and manager, doctors and nurses are super nice.
GRATEFUL FOR THESE CARING DOCTORS, NURSES AND STAFF! My 3 sons are all patient’s here. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The nurses are caring and the doctor’s listen to your concerns. I have seen all the doctor’s here and I really like all of them. They all take the time to listen, address concerns, explain things and give you time to ask questions. Personally, I do have to say I LOVE Dr. Lalaine Vitug-Pacis!! She is absolutely amazing and you can tell she really does care and have a passion for helping ... read more
We've generally liked this place and the doctors but their continued insistence on adhering to COVID protocols akin to the early days of the pandemic is maddening. Our daughter was refused service due to having the sniffles (hello, allergy season?). But their COVID symptom list covers just about any ailment anyone might ever have so the only way to see them is to get a COVID test AND have the doctor see you in your car. Seriously, in May 2021?
