El doctor Roque es el médico de mis hijos desde que nacieron y doy gracias a Dios por eso. Siempre ha sido excelente tanto en la profesional como en lo personal, buen trato con los niños y los papás.
Dr Roque is the best pediatrician we have visited in this country! but the old lady at the front is not very helpful at all and kind of sarcastic/zero empathetic with customers ! Just an FYI. If somebody else other than her, helps you, you will be fine since the providers in this place are great!
Updated Post: We’ve visited this office several times after the last review. My son absolutely adores Dr. Roque, he’s an exceptional doctor. The wait time is better now, at least it hasn’t been an hour waiting to see the doctor. Unfortunately, most medical offices overbook appointments, which puts a lot of stress on patients and medical staff 2025 visit: Appointment was made at 10:35 am, arrived at 10:25am. We really enjoy this office. Wait times are great, easy to get appointments. My son's doctor is very easy to communicate with and he feels very comfortable in the visits. The staff, nurses and doctor are very helpful.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The doctor was exceptionalknowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I truly felt heard and cared for throughout my visit. The staff was just as amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
