Now that Dr. Haddad retired, the only doctor I take my kids to is Dr. Deacon. Some of the secretaries are nice, a few nurses, but I'd rather my boys see Dr. Deacon than anyone else there. The other doctors need to listen to parents more, not be so dissmissive, maybe work on their bedside manner.
My son first appointment was not bad but I didn't like the welcome we received when his doctor walked in. My husband was sitting in a chair when she walked in she stated that was the doctor chair and basically told him to get up with a smart mouth..i just felt like the attitude wasn't necessary I also didnt like the fact she acted like my son head was too greasy for her, he has hair like a girl and it gets really dry fast, she could have or should have had on gloves. Is there a reason no one is answering the phones at Tristate Pediatrics in Beaver? Been trying for days to get an appointment.
Worst place ever. Because a parent is picky they want to dismiss children. Dont get me wrong not all of the doctors there are horrible, but 9 times out of 10 they are. Asked a question today doctor got ignorant thought it was ok to talk to someone with an attitude when it is not. If they are going to be ignorant they should not be in children's medicine. So glad I switched my kids to different docs. It's a shame because this used to be a good place now I wouldn't recommend it if a child was seriously ill. I'd honestly say yo... read more
