My children have been taken care of by the doctors and medical staff in this practice for over 15 years. Pediatric Associates is a great place for children's health care.
The front desk associate is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and dones not know how to conduct proper customer service. Extremely disrespectful, does not follow up, and placed me on hold without even communicating. Extremely dismissive and combative. PLEASE find a new front desk associate because she is turning potential customers away with her attitude.
