Wow, I guess I should have read these latest reviews before continuing to send my child here. How you mess up an appointment that is literally only once per year is ridiculous. We've gone to this practice for over 6 years. I also had issues with unfriendly front desk staff, billing staff, and the nursing staff which has also declined significantly over the years. The frontdesk staff are so rude. I see most of the parents complaining about them yet nothing seems to change. Might have to find another practice for my son. The doctors are great thats the only reason I take my son there. However, the management or the owner seems not to take this as priority. The frontdesk keeps harassing me to fill out the forms (sent like 10 times) and be on time with a sick child. I am always on time but you can't guarantee anything with a sick baby. the ladies at the front desk are very tough, not friendly at all, they don't make you feel welcome when you arrive at the office.
