You can post a review like this: I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatrician’s office. My one-year-old son had a scheduled appointment, and we arrived only 5 minutes late. The front desk lady refused to check us in and told us to come back in the afternoon. I explained that the weather was extremely hot (around 95°F) and asked if she could accommodate my son or provide a later appointment time, but the front desk employee was unwilling to help and had a very rude attitude. Great place for by children! I love the team ready to help
I have been bringing kids to this practice for 7 years. All of the Doctors and nurses that I’ve come in contact with have been great. It's super easy to get a last minute appointment and they are always very receptive to my concerns.
Thank you so much to the wonderful doctor, nurses, and front desk staff. You all made us feel comfortable and well cared for. We truly appreciate your kindness and support.
