Receptionists are very rude and degrading. I mite think about changing my review after I get a call back. The way she spoke with me while trying to make an appointment was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Then when I asked for her name, she just hung up on me. You work with and for children, yet hire people to deal with your patients parents who are absolutely disrespectful with disgusting attitudes. Is there no bar? Doctor is so nice to me every time I go for a checkup and things
I have taken my 3 kids to Pediatric Associates since my oldest was born - 11 years ago. While I have never been super satisfied with them, there aren’t many options in Springfield so I have continued to go. Recently, someone from their office called to tell me assessment results. She ran through the results very quickly and then said “If you’re interested in medication, we can make an appointment.
