Today was a great experience (other than my sweet girl being sick). The receptionist, nurse, assistant and Dr. Rashid was amazing. They all took the time to listen to our concerns and treated our daughter with care. Experiencing compassion when your little one is sick is a blessing. Thank you Springfield Peds.
I couldn't leave a message. Called the next day and was kept on the line for 20 minutes. Oh my god they're so unprofessional. I am probably going to switch pediatricians. I know one of the last times I went here I felt really judged and they didn't value my time.
I don't understand why the review score is 2.6. I have been taking my kids there since my oldest was a baby. I have been bringing them since 2010 when Dr. Roger was still working in the office, and I have no complaints. All the doctors have been caring for my kids' health. The staff knows my kids, and they go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend them to any parents who need a pediatrician in the Springfield area.
