Manager Kim was incredibly hard to reach. After waiting hours for a call back, she left a number to reach her at that was not in service. Uncaring about patient issues with other staff, couldn't even pretend to be compassionate & clearly friends with the staff member. It's too bad because the Dr's at Pediatric associates have always been fantastic, but the administrative staff are another story. Finding another provider yet again because of this.
I'm going to make some folks mad with this one.🤣 My favorite reviews are of overbearing parents that omit information. But not offering up the information that the visit inevitably still cured their kids issue.You know this cause they would have broke down every extra visit other than this one, that's how you know.But will quickly let you know the doctor didn't care about their two cent opinion. I would not recommend this place. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Boyson. He should not be a doctor. Very unprofessional and aggressive. We had to go to a different doctor to make sure Boyson didn't hurt my kid.
