I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Associates in Boca Raton. Ariella at the front desk is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. She goes out of her way to be helpful and makes the check-in process easy and pleasant. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about the patients and families. Great customer service!

It’s so horrible that every time we come for an appointment and end up waiting for an hour and sometimes up to 2 hours for the doctor to come and see my child. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

If I could give ZERO I’ll give ZERO stars! I brought my daughter to my 11 year old check up, I don’t want to give any other shots to my kids , she was supposed to be due for 3 shots and I denied the ones that were not 100% necessary and dr Sally Erich told me 2 shots were MANDATORY for her to go to school…. SHE LIED TO ME! I got to my car and saw the shot for and only one of them was recorded, I went back to the office and asked and they told me you right one of them was recommended and not mandatory. I took my child here for the first time and we had a great experience at this office . The front office staff was very friendly , in particular Jessica and Ariella were very helpful and lovely . The provider was geat as well .

I had a wonderful experience at this pediatrician’s office! The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to the front office ladies, Kay and Jessica, who were both so kind and helpful throughout my visit. The provider was also very attentive, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was thoroughly addressed. I truly appreciate the great care and positive experience. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatrician for their children!
