This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes just to be taken to a room, while watching over 30 children walk in and out ahead of us. Appointments clearly mean nothing here. At one point, a nurse asked if we had checked in. We had. We were then told we were “next.” We waited another 30 minutes for the doctor. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way our appointment has been handled today. My son’s lab appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. It is now 11:15 a.m., and he still has not been seen. Each time we approach the front desk, we are dismissively told “soon,” without any explanation, timeline, or apology.
