I have brining my daughter to pediatric associates for 16 years. Since the changes of having to reach someone who is not actually in the office to help with your sick child, it has been less than helpful and satisfactory. Today, I called to ask for cough medicine to be called in because she cant sleep and they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for the request to process (Unacceptable).
