Doctor Dawodu is amazing, and my children are very fortunate to have him as the family doctor. Me too of course!
This Dr and clinic is a hidden gem. In and out , the staff makes you feel welcome. Appointments made easy and the Drs here listen. I am complicated and they never make me feel uncomfortable. The pharmacy is also amazing, the wait is definitely less than shoppers.
Shame on you- I have been a patient of Dr. Bassey since he moved his practice from Hamilton to St. Catherine’s and have not ONCE been able to reach this clinic by phone. My pharmacy faxed over a refill for a VERY simple prescription numerous times and this clinic refuses to check their faxes or answer their phones. It got to the point where I had to pay the pharmacist to refill my prescription instead. Currently on the hunt for a new doctor. Don’t come here if you want decent medical care, because you won’t get it.
Warning to anyone thinking about going to this walk-in clinic. My wife went there around 6:15 pm (their posted closing time is 7:00 pm) because she was experiencing severe headaches and urgently needed to see a doctor. The receptionist refused to register her, saying she had already “logged off the system” and couldn’t do anything. Meanwhile, my wife remained inside the clinic and could clearly see the doctor still present and walking around.
