Honestly this place is so chaotic, nobody answers the phone, and FORGET paperwork needed for school, takes them weeks to fill out a form. Ridiculous. Do not recommend
you need a better checkin system post covid. calling in and using the same number as everything else is silly after 10min check-in process I am still waiting over 45 mins in the parking lot.
Absolutely horrible service my daughter is an existing patient who is on adderall and every single month since she’s started taking the meds it’s a fight to get the prescription sent over the correct way. The receptionists don’t listen whatsoever they talk over you when I try to explain my issue. And tell me that I have to call one office to another to resolve their insubordination... Since this office was taken over by pro-health it has gotten worse and worse. Today one hour wait just to do insurance paperwork not even be seen because they can't type they couldn't locate my son in the system. This is beyond frustrating. Last week they didn't turn on their phones for the first 2 hours. Shirley was thankfully able to help us. This should be your last resort for a pediatricians office. Horrible service.
Nurses are amazing. Doctors are great. The only down fall, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait.
I have been taking my three children to the Shirley Long Island ny office since my oldest was 4 I have 3 children my oldest is 22 now my middle one is 17 and my youngest is 15 that’s 18 yrs only been to this office a handful of times including today I thought it was going to be a long wait but I was pleasantly surprised the whole visit took less than an hr on the weekends the Shirley office is closed but the Holbrook office is offered on weekends sundays and holidays my experience was excellent never had any problems ty to o... read more
the staff is friendly and professional. glad we left acp for this family of medicine
The staff are amazing, especially the MA's. The Dr.'s are great, thorough, and kind and patient, which means a lot to me since my 3 yr old twins have autism. Dr. Kleinberg is my fave, but the PA's are great and so is Dr. Nissbaum(sp)?
