When we express our concerns with our kids they never addressed our issues.
I actually have found them to be very responsive and give great care over the past 5 years. I have had several same day visits with no problems. They are always kind and accommodating in person as well.

Nobody ever picks up the phone. Every time I need a same day sick appointment. I rarely request same day sick appointments for my children and it's impossible to get them, they always push it out for days. What am I supposed to do until then, what's the point of you seeing me in a couple of days. You guys are either lazy or just don't care. Also when I first started they would always say be on time and come in early I do all that and sometimes I have to wait nearly an hour in the waiting room after getting my children's vita... read more
Always able to get same day sick appointments. Very helpful on call staff and nurse question line to avoid visits when possible.
