Both of my children have been with Pediatric Alliance since birth. They have always been wonderful to us, taken excellent care of my children and been nothing but kind. She is an adult now and he is 17, both were/are sad to be leaving their beloved doctors but we also have a wonderful PCP to transfer to. I will miss them as well.
My son had an appointment at 7pm. This was our 1st time at the office. We tried calling and phone said they were closed. Eventually got a hold of someone and said it was okay we were on our way. I received a call at 7:16 stating he had an appointment, and if we wanted to reschedule, because they're closing and only have a 15min window. Its a 45min drive plus to get to this office. Just ridiculous. We arrived at 7:17 and doors were locked. Northland-cranberry
If you happen to be unfortunate enough to receive nurse Karen Kavanagh, I’m truly sorry for your experience because she’s truly a, “KAREN!” The other Drs. and nurses however, are truly great people though. Good luck, or request with good judgment.
