Not like it used to be. The doctors here used to listen to the patients, since they have retired, they now have doctors who just know information from their college textbook and aren’t interested in hearing anything patients have to say. Really gone down hill since doctors such as Dr. Kovach left and many other good ones.
They threw my daughter out because we chose to space her vaccines out. We loved the doctor we had too. Whoever implemented these policies should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this place at all costs!
This practice has gone down hill over the years with their physicians. Time to change. As others mentioned with the retirement of the seasoned physicians there is an influx of younger MD's who do not provide the level of care and thinking that we had for over 16 years.
Love this practice and the care they provide for my daughter! Very quick to respond to questions and fit us in for last minute appointments.
