Doctors are ok, but the office managers are not.
I had a good experience, Ashley helped a lot and she did more beyond what was expecting, Doctor Yonker was wonderful. Thanks a lot
I cancelled my own patients to make time for an important virtual visit for my 9-month-old daughter. It was in our schedules for several weeks. You guys called me at 4:29 pm to cancel a 4:30 appointment, without any explanation. Absolutely unacceptable. I expect an apology.
My daughter did a food challenge and failed and needed an epi injection. The nurses (Lisa, Rose and Carol) were so amazing and lovely as well as Dr. Lutskiy. My 10 year old walked (mind you after having the epi shot) saying she loved this hospital. Thank you for a wonderful experience, despite failing the food challenge.
