Gave this office a try despite prior reviews. They were surprisingly prompt! I couldn't wait on hold so asked for call back and they did so within ten mins on a Friday after 4:30! Also, scheduled my children as new patients and they were seen in less than two weeks! Nurse was really kind and patient with my daughter who hates shots. Would recommend this office to anyone searching for fast, efficient healthcare for kids.
I have been using this clinic for my children for over 8 years, the doctors are extremely good, caring and professional specially Sobia Halim but the management and front desk is rude and unfriendly. The waiting time is insane, they will make you wait for hours even if you arrive on time. It will definitely take half of your day for a visit, they will make you wait and wait which is frustrating. It seems like they care less for your time. I wonder why would they schedule the patients if they can not accommodate.

I have Finally left the state and this office. I have no complain on my daughters doctor she was great! However the staff in the front need's customer service training, they are rude. They catch attitudes, purposely avoid calls, and supposedly during the lunch hour they have one person answering the phone, they don't. We moved 7 months ago across the country, and my clinic requested my daughter records 7 months ago and they never did it. They called them and they never answered.
