I haven’t been here in almost year and some nasty person randomly calls me saying my son needs a well visit? I kindly told her we don’t go to this pediatrician anymore I had filled out the forms to get my children’s records and she said she doesn’t have record of it and that he needs a well visit. I proceeded to tell her the same thing again and she hung up on me. Why am I being called for a “well visit” my child is well and we don’t go to this office.
There is a $250 administrative fee if you want to take your child to be seen at this practice in addition to co-pays and other fees. An extra fee for each additional child as well. Where is the value in serving families of all socioeconomic classes? There isn’t. Great providers but this fee is outrageous.
It was A+++ from the front desk to the clinical staff. The billing team was so helpful also. I highly recommend this pediatric office. Although the yearly fee they have in place is extra its well worth it.
Love the office and our doctor. Hug my recommend it.
