Hi former patient here. 19 years old now. Dear doctor Anna Gray. I know you're a mother, I hope you don't treat your kids like you treated me. Dear doctor Anna Gray, you were there when I was born you told my mother to and I quote "Never give in to me." Which is fine advice on its own if I hadn't been a baby at the time. Dr. Gray has been my child's pediatrician for nearly ten years. She takes time with them, honors children's autonomy over their body, and is responsive to our family needs. Highly recommended.
Rude check in staff and long wait times to see the doc. Toughed it out with this practice for about a year. I have 4 young kids and racked up about $100 in co-pays that my insurance didn't cover. I was on a payment plan and this practice admitted to losing my card information and stopped the payment plan on thier end. They called me practically every day to collect the $100 and the billing department was mean and ruthless!
