They never answer the phone and they dont take walk ins and is hard to reach them for follow up appointments
We used to love this clinic; however, the employees are very rude now. They won’t give you your next date at the clinic. They will tell you to call. You’ll call and still not get a call back. Months later (almost a year) still no new appointments for my littles. You will also drive all the way there, handling two toddlers, and upon arrival find out your appointment was canceled. I don’t recommend any parents to this clinic customer service is really poor & rude employees find you a clinic where they’re gonna provide the customer service.
