Work diligently. I was told my kids needed blood work done and we scheduled an appointment with quest. When we arrived we were informed the paper work for the blood work was not sent. I called the pediatrics office and was informed the form was not signed off and a manager had to sign off on it and have it sent over to the quest. This is the not the first time this incident happened. Please do better.
