Unprofessional. Rude. Waste of time. I reached out on Thursday afternoon after they were supposed to be closed. Someone reached out at almost 7:30 pm. Mind you their hours stated that they close at 3pm. I wasn’t expecting any response the same day. I should have known something was odd when they reached out so far after closing. We communicate completely via text about the test i’d like ordered. Maria was THE best! My son, at the time was only 2.5 years old. Maria came into our home calm, cool & collected. I had the tv on for a distraction & my son on my lap. Maria only needed 1 poke and was able to draw 4 tubes of blood. No tears or crying from either of us! Thank you for taking such great care of my son!
Before finding PediaLabs, trying to get my 16-month-old son’s blood drawn was an incredibly stressful nightmare. We had gone to multiple other clinics with zero luck. At one place, the staff struggled, and the person they claimed was their "best" phlebotomist ended up stabbing my son four or five different times before giving up. They brushed us off, saying they needed a special light-up tool to see his veins and told us we'd have to go all the way to the emergency room instead. Hands down the most top notch experience. My son literally cries the moment he sees scrubs, Maria was phenomenal she was in plain clothes she actually got all his doctor on the first try it was quick and easy and my son was done crying long before we left. Top notch is an understatement.
My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Scheduling was easy and they answered all my questions promptly. I was nervous about my 5 month old son getting his blood drawn but Yvonne talked us through it and made the process so much easier. She got it on the first try and my son hardly cried! Thank you Yvonne for your professionalism and for being so good with my son. Worth every penny!
