This is an edit of my last Review where I stated I was extremely disappointed with the customer service as no one was calling us back wrt my child's teeth situation/issue. However, once they knew my child was having pain, they not only immediately called me back shortly after leaving a "Chat Message" (from their website) but the dentist did so after hours and explained my options in details without rushing and ensuring I understood. I am very pleased with the service (outstanding).

Awful at calling you back and they stated so many times they would call back with a status update on my child's teeth situation on 2 occasions and simply never did.... My 11 year old son is in serious pain - we were referred to a specialty x-ray clinic for 3D x-rays about 2-3 months ago and we still haven't heard back from the clinic. I called 2 days ago and they promised to call us back the very next day, and unfortunately didn't. This is extremely disappointing and my child is in pain which is very stressful - Awful awful ... read more
