We had a wonderful experience at Pediacentre today. My 5-year-old daughter underwent major dental treatment for cavities, which included crown placement under anesthesia. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN BOOKING We were already very nervous about our child undergoing anesthesia and had consulted multiple dentists beforehand. Unfortunately, this clinic increased our anxiety rather than easing it. We had already signed their liability contract but the receptionist who greeted us raised major doubts about whether the planned extractions would even happen—then admitted she hadn’t looked at our child’s file. Worst location
My experience with this clinic was very frustrating regarding billing. Initially, they charged me $250 because my daughter did not fast before the procedure, even though the instructions were not clearly communicated. Later, they charged $350 twice, and when I requested a refund for the amount charged in error, their response was very poor, and the refund was not processed easily. I believe the clinic needs to improve communication with patients, especially regarding fees and pre-procedure instructions.
