My experience with this clinic was very frustrating regarding billing. Initially, they charged me $250 because my daughter did not fast before the procedure, even though the instructions were not clearly communicated. Later, they charged $350 twice, and when I requested a refund for the amount charged in error, their response was very poor, and the refund was not processed easily. I believe the clinic needs to improve communication with patients, especially regarding fees and pre-procedure instructions.
Super disappointing experience. We booked this appointment a month in advance. The clinic kept calling to remind us to be on time, not miss it, no food 10 hours before, stop everything 2 hours before - and even said if we didn’t follow the pre-procedure instructions we could be charged $500. So we took it seriously. Our appointment was at 1:30 PM. We showed up on time and ended up waiting over 4 hours more. My 6-year-old had been fasting and was starving and crying. My son had an appointment there, everything went very well, the staff were amazing, but the office were extremely cold and I don’t even know how the stuff is working there but it was very very cold like freezing cold. Siting there for three house was really hard for me and specially for the kids siting for 3 hours in the cold is not fair.
This clinic is professional and amazing, the administration staff are helpful specially V , she went with us through all details and explained to us all treatment necessary and why they were prescribed. Me and my child really felt safe and all our concerns were heard.
