While attempting to schedule my children for appointments, but was refused. Initially, I spoke with the reception who obtained my children's information. She was unable to retrieve records that they were patients. She placed me on hold, then returned to ask for their symptoms. Once I told her my children symptoms resembled meningitis she placed me on hold, again. Stay away from Pedi Place. Horrible service and incompetent staff. I have been taking my five year old son there since birth and had nothing but problems registering him for school due to missing shots, different doses of a shot written on his record with the same date, etc. All of this despite being told by Pedi Place that he was current on his immunizations during his appointment.
