I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but this last visit was absolutely traumatic and completely unacceptable. When I told the technician I didn’t need a new set, she seemed to take it personally — and became extremely rough with my nails. She left multiple fingers wounded and bleeding. I could see exposed flesh, and the pain was so bad I had to take painkillers just to fall asleep that night. Kim gave me an excellent shellac manicure and pedicure. Very impressed
Jennifer was excellent and it’s rare that I don’t have to keep telling my technician how to pay attention to detail and neatness. She was fantastic and I didn’t have to worry even for a min about the quality of her work. Strongly recommend her!
