I have gotten acrylic shellac before and have never had this much problems, my middle finger is bio (was told its all the same when telling the lady i have shellac on) and my one nail is completely longer and wider. My one nail broke and got charged for it. My pinky nail broke within three days of getting my nails done. Not once was i asked if I liked the length that I wanted it at. Unfortunately I will not be returning
