I came to try this location after reading positive reviews, and after having visited three other nail salons around the area. I got my pedicure done by a wonderful technician, but I didn't get her name, unfortunately. She was so accommodating and did an amazing job with my toenails; she was gentle and carried out my vision perfectly. Not happy with the service I received today. Service felt rushed. One finger has bubbles/roughed. Another finger you can still see the part that is not sanded down properly, she said it was my nail bed without looking at it enough…. Not happy.
Booked a 6pm appointment and it was so rushed. my full set are not even at all and i kept trying to point it out to the tech but she was in such a rush. she kept saying no don’t worry i will file and they look awful. 70.00 plus tax and these are the worst nails i’ve ever gotten ever!!! all my nails look like they’re facing the sky ready for a flight!!!! so disappointing after spending what i just did
Hello, I’m not one who usually complains but there are a few things I need to share. Firstly, about two days after my manicure, all of my fingers developed hangnails. I asked the lady to go easy on the cutting of the cuticles but evidently that did not happen. Cuticles should be pushed back, not cut. Secondly, also two days later, the colour of my thumb nails changed. They are supposed to be a light coral but the thumbs went yellow in places.
