My friend booked an appointment for the 3 of us for 2pm and they said they could do it. We show up and they said only 2 at a time so I sat there for an hour while my friends were getting their nails done. I wasn’t greeted at all either. The time comes for my nails and one friend is done and the other friend’s nails end up taking another half hour. Mind you we all got fills and not a new set. Nails were okay at best. Service wasn’t great at all. Barely greeted and not the most comforting environment. Pretty disappointed. I’ll be going somewhere else next time unfortunately.
Absolutely love my nails! Jessie did an amazing job , super detailed, clean, and exactly what I asked for. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Can’t wait to book with her again. Highly recommend!
