I am extremely disappointed with the service my daughter received at this salon. She went in for arm waxing, but instead of providing proper care, the staff left her arm with visible damage. To make matters worse, they did not even offer any first-aid, cream, or solution to address the situation. Instead, they still asked for payment, despite the fact that her arms were not even properly waxed. This is the second time I have heard a not good experience, the first time one of the worker o don’t know her know hurt my finger so bad and I did not take it personal because I thought it’s a mistake….
