I had a bad experience going there for the first time. I had an appointment for shellac removal and manicure. The staff were all grumpy and didn't bother so smile or be nice,, not a "hello how are you today" not even a "bye have a good day!" The girl who was working on my nails couldn't understand what I wanted and the lady beside her was helping with the communication.
