Clean and friendly. They do a great job even with designs.
Had an appointment for 11 with Sam. Got there at 10:44 then I have someone come to me at 11:05 to say Sam isn’t in. Will be at least 30 minutes before someone else can see me. Shows a lack of respect for others time.
