Unclear if anyone that works in sales here wants to sell a vehicle. They made me an offer on a new car $6k under MSRP and then took it back.. now they’re only offering dealer MSRP which is $2k higher than brand MSRP. Brendan was abrasive and difficult to work with. Jarred and Jeremiah offered boilerplate detached manager responses in defense of the interaction. Save yourself the headache and thousands and shop elsewhere.
I drove in from out of state and the vehicle was exactly as described, which immediately put me at ease. Brendan was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to be a helpful resource throughout the process. Jess in finance worked with me to find the warranty options that actually made sense and never pressured me. The trade-in process was extremely easy and transparent. Overall, this was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had; highly recommended.
I was really hoping for a smooth process, but my experience left a lot to be desired. Dealing with the sales team felt like a major chore, and I felt like I was being pushed into decisions I wasn't ready for. The communication was pretty poor throughout, and I left feeling more stressed than satisfied with how everything turned out.
I had an excellent experience working with the team here. They were incredibly professional, transparent about the entire process, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. It is rare to find such a high level of service at a dealership, and I left feeling really happy with the level of care and attention they provided.
