I was really hoping for a smooth process, but my experience left a lot to be desired. Dealing with the sales team felt like a major chore, and I felt like I was being pushed into decisions I wasn't ready for. The communication was pretty poor throughout, and I left feeling more stressed than satisfied with how everything turned out.
I had an excellent experience working with the team here. They were incredibly professional, transparent about the entire process, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. It is rare to find such a high level of service at a dealership, and I left feeling really happy with the level of care and attention they provided.
Although my initial experience was disappointing, Jarred and his team went above and beyond to address my concerns and turn things around. I truly appreciate their efforts and commitment to making things right. A special shoutout to Miranda in the service department—her kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. In the end, the service, experience, and treatment from this team exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
