Received a new new Toyota RAV4 January 30, 2023.During the sale paperwork process, we got told that we would get only 1 car key and that the 2nd. Car key would be available in about 6 weeks. supposedly due to conductor shortages.Today in May 15, 2023 (3 1/2 months later) and no 2nd. Key available. Next maybe date for key availability is by the end of summer 2023 (no Garantie I got told from Toyota customer service) How is that possible that they cant give me my 2nd. Should be zero stars. Bought a 2022 Toyota GR86 this January just to find out that my engine blew due to Toyota forgetting to tighten my oil cap. Paid extra for the best warranty policy they offered just for them to tell me that my warranty won’t cover my damages “due to negligence” when I didn’t even have the car for a full month before it stopped working. Dealership is a joke. If I wasn’t paying out the nose on payments on a car that doesn’t work I would sue. Thanks Toyota!!!!

I got a *** offer through Pedersen Toyota for $12,600 after I reported all the dents and scratches. I went for the appraisal and they only offer $9,000 completely dishonoring their own original claim. They basically wasted my whole morning and they were disrespectful.

Pedersen Toyota sold a car to my husband who has cognitive impairment, even after I alerted the store manager on duty and the sales person that they should not sell a car to a cognitively impaired person. Their response was that he drove himself here and wanted to buy a car, they can not tell whether he is impaired or not. There is no way one cannot tell my husband 's impairment after spending hours trying to sell a car to him. We purchased a vehicle from Steve, and were concerned about a noise the vehicle was making. We were advised this was an exhaust leak. Shortly after purchasing, we found out it was not an exhaust leak, but a knock in the engine. No one at this dealership was the least bit helpful. No one cared that they sold us a car with terrible engine problems without disclosing it. The only thing we were told is that we probably should have purchased the extended warranty. Terrible customer service.
