Highly recommend Cade and Mia! They were a great duo and made the purchasing process a lot quicker than experiences elsewhere. They were super helpful with all of my questions, flexible with my timeline, not pushy, and made me feel confident and in control of my decisions. I’m so glad I got to work with them to purchase my new vehicle!
I went in to get a vehichle looked at. There was an advisor there, he took me to a service manager - Bob. Bob coudn’t be bothered, and would not even greet me or say hello. I stood next to him for 5 minutes, was ignored - I went back to the First Gentleman, he said he was sorrry, but allowed me to drive away displeased without a care. This dealership used to be good - now, they are too good for their customers. They prefer keeping Bob to actually keeping customers. Rude and absolutely ignorant.

Had a perfect car buying experience with Andrew the salesman and Jeff the finance manager. I had a strange situation that they were happy to work around, and was on a time crunch. Despite these challenges they still managed to provide an excellent experience using low pressure sales tactics that made me feel comfortable and in control at all times of the sales process. Pedersen does not thoroughly inspect their used vehicles nor stand by any replacements they do prior to you purchasing their vehicle. I would not buy any used vehicle from them as it cost us $3K to repair a vehicle shortly after purchase. If you do get one, get them to sign something ensuring they back the car. Also, the insurance they sell does not work either. Do not buy it.
