The sales department guys are good. However, it is the service department. They literally screwed my car. They SUCKS. Even though the person at the service counter is good. I barely drive my ca, literally <10 miles a week mostly for groceries. I have Toyota Corolla when I gave to service and drove back to my home it started moving side ways particularly at speed of over 40 and even at smallest of road bumps. This is one of the good ones! Friendly, no pressure, and fair deals. Our salesman Austin was great! Finance was a breeze. And they gave me what my trade was actually worth and their prices are right there with the rest of the market too. Even though we had an unorthodox situation of trading in a newer car for an older one (trying to save for a house) there was no judgement whatsoever unlike another dealership we went to. An overall great experience, we got a fair deal, and we love our older but new to us 4 Runner!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Pederson Toyota and the service was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or new to them vehicle. The young man Adam was beyond helpful as well. I cant recommend Pedersen Toyota enough. I will return in the future for my car purchasing needs
Went in a year ago and did a test drive with Adam. Timing wasn’t great so we just did some test drives and left. Adam was so informative and just wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make the right decision for us. We made sure to come back and buy from him when the time was right. Went in last week found Adam and he got us in a new RAV4 the exact model and price we were hoping for. The experience was so good we came back the next week and picked up a new Tacoma!
