Pedersen Toyota is my go-to dealership. I have the same service advisor each time (oddly enough from my hometown) and each time he treats me so kind, remembers me and makes sure I am taken care of. This dealership is usually pretty booked for weeks out because they are just so good. From repairs to customer service to timeliness, they just get it right every time. Mia and Jeff were both professional and very helpful. They made our experience of purchasing a new vehicle and completing the documents required a very good experience.
Have had some good experiences here so not sure if there has been a change in management or just got stuck with a less than effective service rep. I ordered a part for my son’s vehicle and there has been radio silence from our service rep, and then same result after trying to contact the service shop supervisor. Over a span of 3 weeks could not get a response. Just looking for a part and repair. Will be reaching out to Toyota to give them a heads up as to what is happening at this dealership.

We live in New Mexico and purchased our 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon here. In an ocean of car dealers who make buying a used car the most tedious experience ever, here is fresh air and kindness.
