The electricity bill is only 9 days overdue and you disconnected. For $150. Who does that?? In the middle of the summer? Absolutely ridiculous. Y'all only pull this crap because you know you have a monopoly and there is no other option in Cedar Park.
The power has recently been going off several times a day at our apartment community. When reported accordingly on their website and through their text service, residents here were contacted by PEC agents and told that this is an issue for maintenance staff to take care of from the way our building is set up.
