We experienced our 5th power outage today in the last 3 weeks. We are in Riverstone in Georgetown. Today was not weather related like the ones during severe storms the last few weeks. This is unacceptable! Every time there is an outage lately the outage map seems to be in the same areas. Something needs to be fixed. We consumers deserve better.
We have never experienced so many outages in our lives since we moved here to Fredrickson Ranch in Georgetown. We lived 24 years in Katy, west side of Houston, and we have had many more outages here in 4 years than in Houston in 24. Someone please explain.
Run..don't walk but run away from any houses that has this electric provider. It is quite literally run by the most incompetent people to ever run any sort of business ever. Constant power outages if there is even a hint of rain or god forbid it becomes slightly windy. Constant power surges and resets which damages all your electric devices. It's quite literally like living with a 3rd world electric company. Worst electric provider i have bad the displeasure of using. They deserve to be sued and bankrupted.
We purchased a new construction home in the Riverstone community in Georgetown, TX 78628 just four months ago, and we have already experienced FIVE lengthy power outages during storms. Every time the weather turns bad, we lose electricity and also lose cell and internet connectivity, leaving families unable to monitor weather conditions or communicate during emergencies. Probably one of the most disorganized operations I have ever delt with. They are a member owned co-op that acts light a public utility. Standard operating procedures are changed in the wind and the customer is expected to get an education in electricity distribution. Cone on guys do a better job!
