They don't pick up the phone fast really 20 people in line on the phone hell no that stop it
They no longer take cards or online payments of any kind for "commercial" property. I LIVE THERE!!!!!! I have to pay CASH at a kiosk that doesn't give change.
This company is horrible. They raise your bill & shut you off quick. They don’t help with payment plans. They don’t care if their customers have medical problems that require electricity. They SUCK. This company is MONEY HUNGRY. That’s all they care about. MONEY. DONT move to this area!!!
