The worst we turned off our waterheater, we have no hvac on at all. 450 for a TV, waterheater one hour of the day, a fridge, washer and dryer two-3 times a week. Don't move to canyon Lake companies are destroying it. Three months in a row over $300/$450 bills. Electrician says doesn't make sense we are not using what yall claim and changing meters didn't matter.
How can other states have no interruption going from 80 degrees to literally 0 and PEC cannot handle 20 degrees? To the owner, please sell your company because you are as incompetent as you are lazy. And to the employees, please all quit and let people who know what they’re doing takeover. The freeze has been announced with plenty of notice but yet you remain incompetent saying weather is the issue. Bad service is the issue. Please go bankrupt and let another company takeover - you are the worst
Cheap rates and timely crews if/when there are power outages. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
