I am trying to get new service established for a new house build. PEC's part is very simple. At first, they were responsive and provided a bid for aerial drop to my meter rack($4000). I thought the bid was a little high from previous experience. We decided not to go with the aerial drop, and instead go underground. I am paying for and doing the trenching from the PEC pole to the meter rack. Just had a transformer blow during this storm tonight rain and thunderstorms in Canyon Lake. Called they were here quick and all done within 1.5 hours to in the pouring rain. LINEMAN Y'ALL ROCK. I APPRECIATE YOU!
PEC butchered my flowers by their green box. They were not hindering access to their box or jeopardizing cables. They are horrible!
Internet is terrible and they offer no help to fix it.
A stranger is forcing me to pay their Pedernales bill in addition to my own bill. I believe they live across the street from me. I am being double billed now each month. They have a 2-story home. My home is small and one story.
