Purchasing a bike for our 14-year-old son is a very daunting task but Steven was amazing! He took the time to explain all the options, not just to me but my son as well. Very happy we drove the long distance to work this this shop. Very happy about our purchase!

My Ridge Rider's derailleur is perfectly tuned. Best it's ever been. Excellent detail. It looks almost new. Nice job on the new rear rack, too. Well done, and thanks much.
