Had a wonderful experience when my husband and I decided to just check out the electric bikes at the Naperville PEDEGO store. Who knew I was going to find the perfect bike. I had lost some confidence after fracturing my elbow while mounting my old bike three years ago. Excellent Customer Service. Purchased Bike on our way up to Michigan. Picked it up Sunday on my way back from Michigan. Mike opens the store up on Sunday to accommodate me. Very friendly. Awesome people
