We had just arrived in Myrtle Beach for our vacation and wanted to get a bike ride in before unpacking. We were only 2 miles into our ride when my tire blew. We were close to Pedego Bike Shop so walked the bike there. The owner was great! He took time to repair the tire and get us back on the trail. Great sho! Great customer service! Great products! We enjoyed learning about e-bikes while he worked on my bike. He seems to carry to of the line bikes. You won't be disappointed by the customer service if you visit the shop.
So friendly and not pushy. We really liked Don. We bought two bikes. Don actually delivered our bikes and we live in Tennessee. I know he can't deliver every bike but he went above and beyond what he had to do. Once Larry gets my trike together we will be sharing more pictures. Larry's is ready to go! Thank you Don!
Awesome service and they are a pleasure to deal with. Bikes were top notch with lots of battery to last you the day. Me and my wife took out the electric tandem which was amazing and new experience, our two daughters rode along as we enjoyed sights at the state park & market common Thanks for the ride!
This place is so helpful and honest. We are from GA, up on vacation. They saved me a few years ago, fixing my front tire. This year we came to him with our daughter's bike too. He went through both bikes getting all the little things fixed up and the price was perfect! I highly recommend this shop!
Checked business hours before going 50+ miles only to arrive at a locked door. A door with hours that also indicate open 12-6. Called and the man who answered said "closed on Sunday until sometime in the spring". Fix your Google account! You just lost a sale of two bikes.
