Incredible customer service and quality products.
Rented e-bikes to explore around Frederick. This seemed to be the only e-bike rental shop in town, and Mimi was awesome! She set us up quickly, and provided excellent advice regarding the sights to see and how to get there safely. Overall, a really fun experience!
My husband and I decided to rent e-bikes from here to spend a day in Frederick. Make sure to call them for a reservation to make sure they will have bikes in your size available, and arrive earlier especially if you've never ridden an e-bike. Mimi took care of us from when we walked in. We signed the papers, paid, got our helmets before she showed us to our bikes.
