Let me tell you something, Dave is awesome! Very kind, great customer service! I took my e bike in for repairs and he went straight to work on it! Finished almost instantly. Great place to get your bike worked on with great quality work. He paid attention to the details and made sure I left with a bike in great shape. Prices are fair! Buy, rent, or repairs! This is the place to go! 10/10
It was a great purchase experience. I was trained well about my bikes options, and he was quick to make adjustments that i wanted before taking it home. I definitely recommend buying an e bike drom this retailer.
Dave was kind enough to allow delivery of my new Trike to his shop. When it arrived he assembled it and made sure that everything was in perfect alignment and great riding condition. I also interacted with Jane who was over the top nice to me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or service their e-bike. I give Dave and Jane 5 Stars.
I love riding my Pedego. Dave made buying and owning a Pedego an enjoyable experience. He always helps us with any adjustments and warranty issues (issues are rare for Pedegos). He is much easier and helpful to work with than the people at the Pismo shop.
Okay I’m impressed! I was mistaken thinking this was an E-bike exclusive bike shop! Dave (the owner) greeted me with open arms when I popped in having issues with my touring bike on the bike path. He was obviously busy but made time for me immediately and solved the issue quickly with some new parts. I will absolutely return! Very approachable and friendly service- I’m sold
