I went into Pedego 101 knowing nothing about ebikes, other than I wanted one. Linda was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, besides being a very nice person. She very patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect bike and rack for me. John then took over and showed me the secrets to installing the rack and getting the bike on it. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was for me.
Great assistance, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. They even loaded my new bike in my truck.
