Very pleased with the work (hydraulic brake conversion) I had done at Pedago 101. Very professional and efficient, excellent bicycle mechanic on staff. Definitely would recommend them for any work needed on your bicycle!! They also have an extensive selection of the Pedago electric bicycles for sale. Pedago is one of the best brands of electric bikes on the market!!
Excellent, personal service. Wide selection of e-bikes. I am a repeat customer and these people are like family to me.
I recently purchased a Pedego Element 2 e-bike from Pedego 101 in Simi Valley. I took my e-bike in yesterday for its 100 mile adjustments. It was a pleasure to work with Conner. He paid careful attention to adjust and customize the bike for a perfect fit. I have owned every type of bike throughout my life but this one is total joy. Thank you Conner!
Exceptional customer service. So happy with my Pedego ebike. The fun is back in my life!! I recommend buying from Pedego 101 in Simi Valley!. John and Linda are fantastic!!🚴♀
I didn’t purchase a Pedego bike from this store, but they were incredibly helpful when I needed a replacement key for my battery. I’ll definitely return to them for any other bike-related needs I may have in the future.
