I just recently bought my third e bike from Pedego 101, it’s my 3rd purchase in the last two years. I received some marketing from Pedego and the full suspension mountain bike- the “Elevate” caught my eye. My experience with Pedego 101 was excellent. Linda and John were an absolute professional, informative and delightful team. They took plenty of time to educate me on the different options I had to choose from and helped me stay within my budget. I was able to find the perfect e-bike. At the end of the day they delivered the bike to my house and spent even more time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. This is a first class repair shop. We were referred to them for warranty service for my Son’s Lectric Bike. From our first call we were treated as if we had purchased the bike from them. They were professional and communicated with us throughout the process. Once the manufacturer got their act together, Pedego did the repairs expertly and got the bike repaired before our expected date! We recommend this business and will go back to them for sure!
